"After talking to Darren about the UFI program, I decided to give it a try. I've got 2 young children and between running around after them and work I've found myself feeling tired and fatigued a lot.
Also since giving up football a few years ago, I'm a bit heavier than my playing weight where I feel at my best. So I decided I wanted to make a change. I've never followed or even tried a program like this before because they were hard to understand and follow and I didn't really think I'd get anything out of it but I got a lot out of UFI!
I found the program made it easy. I followed the daily goals and read the nutrition tips and replaced a lot of the crap foods in my diet with better options. I feel it made a huge difference to my fatigue levels. I'm a lot more alert and have heaps of energy of an afternoon to chase after the kids or hit the gym.
I've also nearly got back to my footy weight without losing any strength in the gym.
Even my flexibility has improved out of site from doing the mobility circuits. I highly recommend this program to anyone of any fitness level as there is definitely something for everyone to improve on."
